Tools Needed: tape measure, electric miter saw or hacksaw,
drill and a level.
Before you begin installation, please check with your local building code official for required rail height in your area. To get started,
unpack contents of box and locate top and bottom rail, balusters, brackets, and packing list. |

| 1. Measure the opening and mark distance on top and bottom rails. Make sure you have the same distance to the first hole on each end to assure a uniform appearance. |

2. Trim excess of each end and insert peg into bottom rail.
Formula for peg length: desired clearance from bottom rail to deck + 3" = length of peg. |

| 3. Place on mounting bracket on each end of the top and bottom rail. Place bottom rail into opening, level and secure with screws. |

| 4. Insert balusters into routed holes. Holding top rail at an angle, connect top rail to balusters one at a time. |

| 5. Level vertically and secure top rail with screws. |

| 6. Level balusters side to side and place one leveling screw through the top and bottom bracket at one end of rail section. For The Regency, conceal screws with buttons. |
