Tools needed: tape measure, electric miter saw or hacksaw, drill and a level. Kit designed for a 30 to 35 degree angle.
Before you begin installation, please check with your local building code official for required rail height in your area. To get started, unpack contents of box and locate top and bottom rail, balusters, brackets, and packing list. |

| 1. Rest bottom rail on stair treads and mark angle on each end of bottom rail. Make sure you have the same distance to the first hole on each end to assure a uniform appearance. |

| 2. Trim off each end of previously marked angles. Place one mounting bracket on each end of bottom rail. (Bottom brackets are inter-changeable, turn to accommodate correct angle) |

| 3. Place bottom rail into opening and secure with screws. |

| |
 |
| 4. Insert a baluster into the first and last routed hole in bottom rail. |
|
|
| |
 |
| 5. Connect top rail to balusters making sure you use same holes as bottom rail. Level balusters and mark angle on each end of top rail. |

| 6. Trim off each end of previously marked angles. Place one mounting bracket on each end of top rail. |
|

| 7. Insert remaining balusters into routed holes. |
|
|
| |
 |
| 8. Holding top rail at an angle, connect top rail to balusters one baluster at a time. |
|
|
| |
 |
| 9. Level vertically and secure top rail with screws. Place one leveling screw through top and bottom bracket at one end of rail section. Conceal screws with buttons. |
